Front Desk

Priscilla joined our team in November 2022 and has been in patient care & customer service for 35 years, working in several industries (school offices, retail, insurance, hotels, medical clinic). A child of a military family, she has lived in various places from Vermont to Hawaii but has called Montana home since 2016 and plans to be here for a long time! She is happy to be in such a great state with four seasons.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, EASY hikes, and traveling around the U.S. to visit family and see new interesting and beautiful places. A self-proclaimed home body, she spends her spare time doing jigsaw puzzles, reading, and watching movies.

Priscilla loves meeting and working with the patients in our office and being part of such a fun and friendly staff.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Samantha became part of our practice in 2022 shortly after moving to Montana from Austin, Texas. She was raised in a small town in Utah and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Dixie State University in 2015. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 8 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

From Sam: My love for dental hygiene began in my teens when I started working at a dental office. Not only did I love working in the healthcare field, I loved being able to see a patient’s demeanor change when they went through both restorative and cosmetic dental procedures. I love educating patients, because it is imperative to help improve and maintain their oral health; also, that education helps with understanding the connection of oral health and overall health. I focus on creating achievable goals with my patients and I really enjoy being able to meet new people, have fun conversations, and listen to their personal stories.

Jade grew up in Scobey, MT where she previously worked. She enjoys ranching, roping, and training horses and cow working dogs with her fiancé and family. In any season, she loves outdoor activities whether it’s skiing and snowmobiling in the winter or water skiing on the lake in the summer.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Shelley has been in dentistry for over 30 years with the last 23 being a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating from hygiene school in Florida. She has been at our practice since 2010. Shelley is native to the Billings area. She has two children and loves to spend her free time with family and friends, especially being involved with whatever her kids are doing!

From Shelley: I became interested in dentistry while still in junior high because my older sister was in the dental field. She taught me a great deal when we worked together, and we both eventually attended dental hygiene school together. My passion for this profession continues. I love meeting new people and being a part of their oral health and education. I have truly enjoyed the transition with Dr. Low and hope to be a part of this wonderful practice for years to come.

Sharon has been a dental assistant in Billings for more than 30 years and finds great joy in meeting and helping people every day. Sharon grew up in Chicago where she studied ballet. As a dancer, she travelled the U.S, Canada, and Spain. She also sang in a rock band, and she kept the guitar player afterward!

Sharon has loved making Billings her home over the last three decades. Fitness and holistic health are a big focus in her life. She taught yoga for 11 years and still studies and practices it daily. She has a weakness for books and stray animals; her house is filled with both! Her free time is also spent with music, gardening, and exploring healthy recipes.

From Sharon: I have had the good fortune to work with, and learn from, the best dentists in Billings. My luck now continues with the opportunity to work with Dr. Low. He sets the bar high for himself every day. This inspires me to meet that same level by continually improving my skills and all responsibilities of my job. The goal is to make every task I do as a dental assistant, both big and small, add up to an exceptional experience for each patient’s visit.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the chance to help patients feel confident and comfortable during their appointment. I have learned it is as simple as listening with compassion and respect. The real bonus is the amazing and inspiring stories so many people have shared.
I am blessed to work with a team of smart, talented, and enthusiastic professionals. Our office has a fun, energetic feel that makes it easy to love my job!
